Expertise and Vision
Penny brings over 25 years of specialized experience in the development and registration of complex biologics, including cell and gene therapies. Having consulted for more than 50 companies, she is a recognized expert in navigating the high-stakes transition from laboratory research to First-in-Human (FIH) clinical trials.

Her technical breadth is extensive, spanning recombinant proteins and vaccines to cell and gene therapies—including CAR-T, iPSC, iNKT and MSC. Penny is a specialist in phase-appropriate manufacturing strategies, helping biotech innovators optimize their manufacturing and quality strategies for successful pre-IND, IND, and BLA outcomes.

Professional Pedigree
Prior to founding Keystone Biologics Advisory, Penny held senior technical and leadership roles at CSL, Seqirus, and ERA Consulting. Most recently, she served as the Technical Head (AU) and Principal Consultant (CMC) for Scendea. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology and an MMSc in Drug Development.
